Redfin Roles

Partner Agents - Partner agents work at other brokerages. They are mostly used here and there around the country where Redfin doesn't maintain a presence. They are also occasionally used during extreme market changes

I was a Redfin partner agent for a couple of years prior to being interviewed several times before being asked to join Redfin as a Lead Agent.

Associate Agents - Independent contractors with a valid real estate license who conduct home tours, attend inspections, host open houses and more for Redfin as independent contractors, earning competitive pay for every event. They do not list homes for sale or write offers for our buyers.

Lead Agent - Lead Agents are Redfin employees who help customers buy and sell homes. They are the primary agent who you will work with from start to finish

Redfin Designations

Principal Agent - The most senior agent role and top of the career ladder at Redfin. Based on consistent productivity, good character, high client satisfaction and other internal metrics. (not the Principal Broker).

Premier Agent - High end home sales expert. Redfin explains: “Local luxury expert with years of experience buying and selling high-end homes. Only our best agents qualify to become Redfin Premier agents”.

President level agent - Achieved by high ratings, production and other internal metrics within a set date range. This is a level we have to rise to starting from scratch, every single year .

Centurion 700 - At least 700 sales with Redfin.
